Terms and Conditions(Required) I agree to the following termsSERVICES The Client requests landscape design services from the Designer, who agrees to provide them in accordance with the terms and conditions herein. The time required to complete the design will be determined based on the project's needs. FEES The fees for the Services are as follows: - For landscape design projects ranging from $5,000 to $100,000, the fee is $1,000. - For landscape design projects ranging from $101,000 to $250,000, the fee is $1,500. - For landscape design projects ranging from $251,000 to $500,000, the fee is $2,500. - For landscape design projects ranging from $501,000 to $1M+, the fee is $3,500. The above fees cover up to two design or bid revisions. Any additional revisions beyond two will be billed at $100.00 per hour, or waived with a signed contract. GROEN GUARANTEE The Groen Guarantee ensures a complimentary design service for projects of equal or greater size when purchased through the Designer. The free design offer is valid upon signing the contract, at which point the design fee will be discounted. FORFEITURE Should the Client decide not to proceed with the Designer's services, the Client shall forfeit the fee paid for the Services. TERM This Agreement shall commence on the date first written above and shall remain in effect until the completion of the Services. OWNERSHIP AND COPYRIGHT The Designer retains ownership and copyright of all designs and drawings created for the Client. The Client is granted a license to use the designs and drawings solely for the purpose of constructing the landscape project. CONFIDENTIALITY The Designer agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information related to the Client's project and shall not disclose such information to any third party without the Client's prior written consent. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Indiana, without regard to its choice of law or conflict of law provisions.
