About This Project
DREAM BIG was the mantra! Our clients were very excited and eager to incorporate a putting green, designated gardening area, sport court, and outdoor living area with a custom 8’x8′ gas burning firepit in front of a large water. Once the design was almost finished it was decided the kids trampoline should also be buried in the ground for safety reasons… so we made it all happen.
Project Challenges
To make this project possible multiple lots were purchased and platted for the house and outdoor living spaces. The water and utiltiy easements were running right down the center of the backyard restricting how far from the house a patio and vertical featurs could be built. Care was taken to ensure no easements were crossed, but that all the client wish list items could be incorporated!
