About This Project
A covered structure where adults could hang out after their kids sporting events and watch the kids play in the pool. The structure needed to have power and tv connection along with a big fireplace. Privacy that would mature in 3-5 years from surrounding neighbors.
Project Challenges
Client was trying to avoid the cost of a large expensive retaining wall. Due to property lines being so close and limited space to grade dirt away from pool we were able to come up with a cost effective option. Grading and sod was installed on the North side of the pool and a natural stone retaining wall was installed on the South side so no property lines were breached.
