Weeds in landscaped beds, sidewalk areas, and driveway will be maintained as needed on a weekly basis from April to November by use of weed preventative or by hand pulling.

Service includes cleanup of beds, paved areas, and lawn from debris, leaves, and trash.

The first application will take place in early spring and includes a broad leaf weed control. The remaining treatments will be spread throughout the growing season to ensure a healthy, green turf. The final application will include a deep root winterizer.

All bushes and perennial plants will be trimmed to their natural shape. Clippings and removed limbs will be hauled away and disposed by contractor. As part of the fall trimming, any grasses and plants that need to be cut down will be pruned accordingly. Bushes near lights, buildings, or signs will be trimmed low so as not to be obstructive.

Includes spring startup & fall shut down of all irrigation zones. Inspect and report any damaged heads.

Includes spring startup and fall shut down of water feature. Bleach and check water filters for algae two times during the summer months.

Open and check gas and water lines to ensure working. Clean stainless steel appliances exterior and interior components. Vaccuum and wipe down interior doors, drawers, and counters.

Four times throughout the season refresh and update annual flower beds up to (20 SF) with spring, summer, fall, and winter arrangements. Please note if any specific flowers are desired at certain times of the year. Price assumes beds or pots are eixsting. We do sell pots also.
